Professional firms provide their people an invaluable learning experience and equip them with the latest tools and skills to keep up with the competition in a fast-changing business environment. They are like business schools that offer you an extension of education you earned during college. However, working in a professional firm is challenging and would sometimes push you out of your comfort zone. Nevertheless, it is quite logical—increasing your market value means paying a higher price.
